Material changes in scope or new parties are treated as a fresh order.

Do you offer refunds? +
All sales are final once a document is delivered. Delivery timelines are best-effort targets and delays alone do not qualify for refunds. A refund may be considered if the document delivered is entirely unrelated to what was ordered, or if we are unable to deliver within a reasonable time and you do not wish to wait. Revision requests are handled under the revision policy for your plan — the Instant plan does not include revisions.
